A53C Bridge Style CNC Die Sinker

The A Series CNC Sinkers are Bridge style models built on a single platform. Machine tool, CNC control, power supply and dielectric system are all combined to save floor space.

The high precision EDM includes AC servo motors with Fagor glass scales to offer true closed loop positioning.

The conversational control allows for easy selection of unique E-codes that control the various canned orbit routines. The E-codes are shown on the TFT screen to show the orbit pattern selected. All the operator needs to add is the variable to achieve finished dimensions.

The power supply is also conversational so that the operator can select the electrode material, the workpiece material and the electrode shape. The CNC control will select the suggested power settings from rough to final finish automatically. These settings can be modified and saved for the next time this part is EDMed.

Optional 3R or EROWA C-axis and shuttle auto electrode changers are available. Power supplies from 50-300 amps, plus hard metal circuitry is available.

On-site training is included.
