Description
The CHMER ZNC Drillers are more than your typical "hole popper." These offer 50-amp capability to drill holes up to 6.35 mm, but also include micro current capability to handle electrodes of .1 mm (.004"). They include "soft start" current control to reduce splatter and cratering upon entrance. Plus, special circuitry for drilling all metals including carbide and aluminum. Inch/metric is standard as is the machine selected cutting technology for most materials and electrode diameters. Electric high-pressure pump for consistent dielectric flow especially on the large diameters. Precision 3 jaw chucks for .1 - 30 diameters and optional ER collet system for larger diameter electrodes. Water reservoir and filtration is included.
Optional rotary indexers driven by M-function is available to automate the ZNC driller.
Four (4) models are available from 300 x 250 mm / 11.8" x 9.8" travel up to 700 x 550 mm / 27.6" x 21.6".
Installation and Onsite Training are included.
