CHMER CNC Series H86C Small Hole Driller EDM
Description
CHMER offers four models of their affordable CNC EDM Drillers; from the smallest H32C a compound table design, through their Gantry style models: H64C, H86C and H1080L. The Gantry style utilizes a linear motor drive and Fagor glass scales on the longer axis and Panasonic AC servo motor and optional glass scale on the shorter axis. The Gantry style allows for large and heavy workpieces to EDM drill on the fixed worktable. The electrode range is from .2 - 3.0 mm with option to go up to 6.0 with the ER spindle and ER collets.
Optional Automatic Electrode Changer 10 or 20 position, and optional guide changer 5 positions are available.
The CNC controller can also control optional B or AB indexers from various index manufacturers: MMK, Parkson, Shin Jin and others. Blind hole, polarity switching during machining and hard metal drilling are standard features. A complete water dielectric system is included with filtration.
Installation and On-site Training are included.
