These EDMs (Fast Wire EDMs) can cut the 3-D printed parts by following the support structure as shown here, thus reducing secondary machining to remove these supports. In addition, the 4-axis Fast Wire EDMs can cut any wire EDM shape by using the DXF files loaded through the USB or LAN ports - or programmed on the included CAD system.
